Eliminate the Peace of Mind Snipers.

Good morning,

Before you can eliminate the Peace of Mind Snipers you must first locate and identify them.

Let’s dive right in so you can have a kick arse day.

The snipers top secret well camouflaged location? Simple, easy to find.

You may be tempted to think that the Peace of Mind Snipers are out there someplace, but they are not. They are inside of you. So stop blaming your boss, girlfriend, bosses girlfriend and look where it matters, inside YOU.

So location is taken care of. Now let’s identify the snipers.

The first sniper is Fear.
Fear of what? From what I can tell with almost 2 decades of exploration, training, and teaching under my belt it’s always fear of the unknown. Realize THAT, and you’ve just made ALL FEAR a known. Which takes the steam out of it once and for all.

The second sniper is Worry.
Worry happens when you start making up stuff to be in FEAR of. Using your wonderful fantasy machine in your mind, which is designed to make life GREAT for you, in a way that it was never designed to be used.

So how do we take them out? Simple. Resolve NOW to develop both power of mind and presence of mind. They both come from you focusing a portion of your awareness to RADICALLY change your life by not stopping worry or fear, but just letting them run wildly out of control, like someone else’s kids, and watching with some amusement.

Here is the key. Dont EVER try to stop worry or fear. Just sit back and watch them play. And remember when you had “kids” like that, and that they used to drive YOU nuts.

And enjoy the good life.
