I just love Erickson, the Picasso of hypnosis and hypnotherapy. When I read his specifically non-specific, "In a moment you will feel a certain feeling." I actually laughed out loud. Humorous, witty, creative, whimsical to the point of fey, but always so intelligent and artful. In my own manual on empowering verbal inductions and suggestion processes, "Mind-bending For Mind-mending," I draw on his work heavily.

Mr. Twenty Twenty.

my 2 most used questions at the moment are:

where/what is the opportunity in this?

how does it get any better than this?

for me these 2 questions reveal insight and produce results.

cheers.

At last, I've found another NLPer who tells it like it is! There is only one way to make a change of habit stick - and that is to REALLY dig down into that place of discomfort, physically feel it, be totally exhausted and wrung out by the experience, give time for your brain to process that new awareness - then it's easy to move on from it and just get on with it!! We all need to step aside from ourselves to see who we really are and what makes us tick.
Brilliant, thanks Mr 2020!
