3 Levels of Mastery – Which one do you live by?

Morning James, In NLP there are three levels of focus or mastery. The lowest level is wanting mastery over others. Making people jump through hoops. After you anchor some waitresses to blush, use embedded commands to make your friends pick their noses, or use ambiguities to confuse the bank teller into giving you an extra $20 a few times, this gets old. At least for some people, how many times can you use NLP for parlor tricks and still be entertained. The middle level is using NLP to gain mastery over some “thing”. The Power of Partners

Want to succeed wildly? Get a partner, form a mastermind, get a mentor. Because, they can help you kick butt where you currently can’t. Let’s look at a few examples. When working with a client, a partner can alternate who presents the information so that the client stays attentive. When meeting either Miss Right or Miss Right Now a partner can help you not bumble so much, and can keep things going when you would normally go, “duh”. And most importantly. Living your vision.

Okay. Maybe you’ve noticed most people struggle way to much and get way to little done. They aren’t living their visions, they are living with way too much auditory. Having to talk themselves into taking action, because they are doing what others TELL them to do, or they are just trying to FIT IN so people don’t talk about them. The Power of Questions

Do you know there are only two kinds of questions you can ask? One kind of question will only generate Answers. Answers only will put you in a rut, and then take you to your grave. I’ll skip that kind for now… The other kind of question will liberate you, in just 2 or three questions because the right kind of question generates Action. Here are two of my favorite ACTION quesions. Notice how we use them quickly. “What’s working?” Ask yourself, what’s working? What’s working right in life? A backroom meeting with the NLP Guru

January 2002 I was in a backroom meeting with one of the NLP Founders. What I noticed happening transformed my life. I had to share what I learned. So….
