The cause of most of your problems is simple.
You think too much.
And…
You observe and participate too little.
Like most folks who I privately train or coach, you probably think way to much. Notice for just a second you are thinking about that. Maybe justifying it. Maybe denying it. Onward!
“NLP is useful, but think about this for a second. You can optimize your thinking all you want. But what’s the point if you are still thinking too much. You need to both optimize and limit your thinking – so you take more action.”

For most people thinking just leads to more thinking. So they don’t take the time, or have the time to observe and participate in their own lives.
THREE PHASES OF POWER
The Thinking Phase. You are pretty darn familiar with this one. Just take a moment to notice it several times a day.
The Observing Phase. Observe what you and others are actually doing. Not what you think they are doing. Take 3 breaks a day and just observe for 5 minutes.
Now notice this. If you take the time to just observe for 5 minutes, you are now doing something DIFFERENT. Doing anything different, like this, will help build in the pattern of doing something different. This will build in the habit of taking action.
By choosing to observe, you are now in The Action Phase.
Now, why will 80% or more of the people who read this NEVER do it?
And most of the people who “try it” will stop within 7 days.
Why?
“Thinking stops you. What you think about this exercise and what you think other people will think about you taking 3 breaks a day will prevent you from just doing this.”
If you can’t do this tiny little exercise, you won’t be able to take action what really will transform your life.
