Today on my discussion group at scienceofexcellence.com my friend Diamond Dale Baird put up a great post, a quote from Christian D. Larsen.

I’ve quoted it below. The power of NLP is in making useful distinctions, in noticing what’s really going on.

Larsen mentions in the first sentence to be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind.

Now if you read the email, strength of mind has nothing to do with that. He instead gives a very CLEAR formula on how to get “peace of mind”.

Think about this. The real winners in life have clear vision and see clearly how to get what they want. The losers, well they have strong thoughts or opinions. This is a simple distincition and one well worth noticing. So…

After you read the quote below, go into your life and follow those clear instructions. You’ll notice you won’t need powerful NLP techinques to force things to happen, you’ll notice that you made a good observable distinction, and a small change in behavior that changes everything.

Enjoy,

Original Quote below:

Be so STRONG that nothing can disturb your PEACE of mind.

TALK health, happiness, and prosperity to EVERY person you meet.

Make ALL your friends feel there is something SPECIAL IN THEM.

Look at the SUNNY side of EVERYTHING.

THINK only of the BEST,
WORK only for the BEST, and
EXPECT only the BEST.

Be as ENTHUSIASTIC about the SUCCESS OF OTHERS as you are about your own.

FORGET the MISTAKES of the past and PRESS ON to the greater achievements of the future.

GIVE everyone a SMILE.

Spend so much time IMPROVING yourself that you have NO TIME left to criticize others.

Be too BIG for worry and too NOBLE for anger.

– Christian D. Larsen
